Roger N. Bundschuh

Newark – Roger N. Bundschuh, 77 entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Clifton Springs Hospital.

     Family will greet friends on Friday (Nov. 25) from 4 – 7 p.m. at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St., Newark. A Funeral Service will be Saturday (Nov. 26) at 11 a.m. at Cross Creek Church, 3700 Route 31, Palmyra. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Phelps, NY. Following the burial there will be a celebration of Roger’s life at the Phelps American Legion.

    Roger was born the son of the late George and Pearl (Lounsbury) Bundschuh on Sunday, September 24, 1939 in Rochester, NY. As a heavy equipment operator, he worked for the Town of Perinton. Roger enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was also a great NASCAR fan. Roger found it very relaxing driving though Amish country and viewing the sites.

     Roger will be lovingly remembered by his son Rodney Bundschuh; daughter Rhonda (Jeff) Colacino; step-children Fritz (Lynn) Ring, Wendy Hill and her friend Jeffrey Krebbeks and Jeffrey Ring; sister Beverly (Donald) Mertz; several grandchildren, great grandchildren great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

     Roger was predeceased by his loving wife Marilyn Ann (Schwab) Bundschuh on July 5, 2014.
