My aunt Shirley will be missed by many .
When I think of her, I see her laughing with that wonderful big genuine laugh of hers ! It was straight from the heart. ❤

Your mom was very special to me growing up she was just like another mom to me I think I lived at your house every weekend I have such great memories from your house that cabin sliding downhill swimming I just want to say thanks you guys are always great friends and still are love you all Mercia

Dear Sharon,
I'm writing to you because I'm closest to you, but please extend my condolences to all of your family. I was shocked to learn of Shirley's passing and can only imagine how much you will miss your twin. May prace come into all of your hearts.
Corrie ten Boom said, "Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known Gid."
From Psalm 73:26, "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever."
And from Isaiah 25:8, I claim this promise for each of you, "He will swallow up death forever. The Soverign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces..."

We are so sorry to learn of Shirley's passing. We talked to her by phone occasionally over the past years, kept up with correspondence, Christmas Cards and Facebook, but wish we could have been able to get together with her. We talked of it quite a bit during the past five years or so. Mike has always told us how much he loved her and Rod and the whole family. We know how much his years with them meant to him and how devastated he was when Rod passed. God Bless all of you from both of us.
