William R. VanDusen
Clifton Springs - William R. VanDusen, 71, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.
Please join the family for William's graveside service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Lake View Cemetery, 3549 Lake Road, Pultneyville, NY.
William was born the son of the late William and Helen (Montgumery) VanDusen on Monday, July 23, 1951 in Utica, NY. William moved to Rochester as a young child, where he grew up and attended high school. After high school, William worked for Perry-Jacobstein Food Service as a truck driver until he retired in 2007. William enjoyed many things: going to the casino, playing poker and bingo with his sisters, and spending time with his grandchildren.
William will be remembered by his children William (Carol Grabenstatter) VanDusen and Thomas VanDusen; grandchildren William, Bradley, Natalie, and Audrey; siblings Debbie (Howard) Almerkinder, Barbara Postiglion and Karole VanDusen-Petty; several nieces and nephews.
William was predeceased by his wife, Audrey VanDusen in 2009; a brother, Gerald VanDusen; and sister, Theresa Bolton.
