Newark - Roger Lee Foster, 47 entered eternal rest on Sunday, September 9, 2018, at his home with many friends by his side.

Friends may call at the Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St, Newark on Thursday, Sept. 20th from 5 to 7 p.m. where a memorial service will follow calling hours.

Roger was born the son of the late Richard and Roberta (Foster) Spencer on Thursday, October 15, 1970, in Columbus, OH. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and cars. Working on cars was a favorite time for Rodger, he rebuilt a couple of cars from the ground up. His favorite car he had was a 1970 Chevy Chevelle. Also, car racing was a big part of his life.

Roger will be remembered by his caregiver and friend James Fremouw; fiancee, Kelly Carter; friend, Michael Gallatta; many, aunts, uncles nieces and nephews; many, many friends.
