Newark - It is with profound sadness that the family of Jose Sabas Vazquez announce his untimely death on Tuesday November 26, 2019.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (Dec. 3) at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 3799 Union Street, Marion, NY 14505 at 7 p.m.

Jose is predeceased by his parents Daniel Vazquez Zamora and Antonia Cavazos de Vazquez; brother, Gerardo Vazquez Cavazos; wife of 24 years Leticia Del Rio de Vazquez.

He leaves behind his wife, Romelia Arredondo de Vazquez; sons Gerardo (Alicia) Vazquez Del Rio and Jose Sabas Vazquez Del Rio JR; sister, Gloria (Baldomero) Vazquez De Franco; brothers Daniel (Maria Elena) Vazquez Cavazos, Dr. Hector (Mabi) Vazquez Cavazos and Dr. Rogelio (Angeles) Vazquez Cavazos.
