Jeffrey C. Leathersich
Conesus - Jeffrey “Jeff” Leathersich, 54, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 7th, 2020.
A private graveside service was held for the family. Please join the family at 7 PM on Friday (SEPT. 25) at Calvary Assembly, 3429 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624 for Jeffery's celebration of life service.

Jeff was born in Rochester, N.Y, on September 25, 1965. As a young man, Jeff was drawn to emergency services, serving as an explorer to police, fire, and ambulance programs. After graduating from Spencerport High School in 1983, Jeff participated in and led numerous overseas missions trips, the most recent being a medical trip to Haiti for disaster relief.
Upon graduating from Stonybrook University, Jeff spent much of his career working as a physician’s assistant in emergency and intensive care medical departments.
After serving as the Dean of Men at Elim Bible Institute, Jeff founded and taught in the medical missions program there. Over the past decade, Jeff has owned and operated thriving businesses in the Rochester Area.
So many will remember Jeff as a generous and giving individual. He was often among the first to offer help and hope to those in need. He was literally gifted at the act of giving, always amazing recipients with his intuitive and thoughtful nature. In addition to all that Jeff did to improve this world, Jeff was a loving father who most dearly valued his three beautiful children. He would want to be remembered as someone who embraced the power of God’s grace and sought to emulate God’s never-ending love to others.
Jeff will be remembered by his mother, Rosaire (Wayne) Watkins; children Tim, David and Genesis Leathersich; siblings Jodi (John) Rushforth, Janelle (Andy) Cole, Joshua (Nicole) Leathersich and Kristin Leathersich; nieces and nephews Bob (Hannah) Haas, Rachelle (Mike) Sebastian, Amber (Matt) Sheffet, Julianna (J.D) Laird, Joelle, Andrew and Austin Cole, Noah Leathersich, Declan Switzer and Nadia Leathersich; and the mother of his children, Maureen Leathersich.
Jeff is predeceased by his father, William Leathersich.
