Newark - Frances B. Warner, 92, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022, with her family by her side at Clifton Springs Hospital.

The family will greet friends from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Norman L. Waterman Funeral Home, Inc., 124 W. Miller St, Newark. Frances' funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2022, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 400 South Main Street, Newark, New York.

Frances was born in Sodus, New York, and was raised in Sodus Point, attending Sodus High School. She was a talented seamstress, owning a gift shop called Sew Special in Newark. Frances was a beloved member of St. Mark's Church, serving in several areas, including the altar guild, flower guild, baby closet, and several other ministries. Frances loved flowers, sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She was talented and could make anything, especially thoughtful gifts for her family and friends.

Frances will be remembered by her daughter, Laurie (Brian) Ameele; grandchildren Sean (Katie), Brady (Marisa) and Joshua (Leah); step grandchildren Aaron (Brandy) and Sarah (Randy); great-grandchildren Andrew, Jesse, Harper, Lilli, Cian, Ramona, RJ, Layla and Nick; sister, Lynne Gill; many nieces and nephews.

Frances was predeceased by her husband of fifty-six years, Maurice in 2004; and several other family members.
