Newark - Carol A Chrisman, 74, passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at Clifton Springs Hospital.

Carol was born on December 27, 1949, in Fulton, NY, the daughter of Clarence Cecil Chrisman and Rose Gertrude (Gates) Stevenson. She is a cherished Finger Lakes DDSO community member, most recently residing in Newark, NY. Carol found joy in music through the radio or her cherished record collection, often sharing dances with the staff to its tunes. She took pride in her appearance, always ensuring she looked her best, and loved the compliments she received.

Carol will be remembered by her brothers Andy (Donna) Chrisman of Newfield, NY, Mark Chrisman of Watkins Glen, NY, Peter Chrisman of Horseheads, NY and Steven (Betty) Britton of Pulaski, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins, her peers, and staff at the Finger Lakes DDSO.

The family wishes to thank the Finger Lakes DDSO for their care of Carol during her lifetime.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Clarence Cecil Chrisman in 2007 and Rose Gertrude (Gates) Stevenson in 2014.

At the request of the family all services will remain private.
