Matthew was born the son of John and Kathleen (Sweeney) Ciufo on Tuesday, February 26, 1991 in Canandaigua, NY.

Matthew will be remembered by his loving mother, Kathleen Ciufo; son, Thomas Ciufo; sisters, Elisha, Rachel, Evangelina and Marcella Ciufo; brother, Joshua Cuifo; grandmother, Barbara Driscoll; several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews; Thomas' grandparents, Maryellen (Marvin) Cook; Thomas' mother, Kelsey Cook; Thomas' aunts, Arley and Ashley. Many close friends and his church family at LifeSpring Community Church.

Matthew was predeceased by his father, John P. Ciufo; grandparents, John (Josephine) Ciufo.
