Macedon - Alice May Schultz, 80 suddenly entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 24, 2018 in the ER of Strong Memorial Hospital.
Family will greet friends Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Korean War Memorial within White Haven Memorial Park.

Alice was born the daughter of the late John and Lillian (Coleman) Planken on Wednesday, May 4, 1938 in Rochester, NY. She graduated from Webster High School and then attended Springfield College in Massachusetts where she earned her bachelor's degree. For many years Alice worked for the Girl Scouts as a Field Director.
Alice was a member of the Macedon Garden Club. She volunteered as a Troop Leader for the Daisy Girl Scouts. For a few years she was a teacher at the Pumpkin Patch Nursery School in Palmyra. Alice enjoyed gardening, swimming, camping, walking on the beach and was fond of lighthouses.
Alice will be remembered by her daughters, Marlene (Steven) Murnan and Kristen (Stephen) Sproul; grandchildren, Benjamin Murnan, Scott Murnan, Brandon Sproul and Madison Sproul; several nieces and nephews.
Alice was predeceased by her husband Conrad "Dick" Schultz by nine days; sister, Jean Smith.
