Deepest condolences. Jacquie and I worked together on many cases at Lifetime Care. Jacquie was an exceptional nurse and very compassionate. May her memory be a blessing.

To the family of Jackie,
I first met Jackie when she took over for my husband 's care thru Lifetime Care home program over 10 years ago. She was a wonderful caring nurse and lovely woman. After awhile she handled the office part of his care, but she would always call and check on both of us. Since I was also a nurse working at Rochester General we hit it off right a way. She was a caring loving person . She was so proud of her family, especially the grandchildren. She always thought of her patients as one of her own.
Even thou she had to retire we did keep in touch. I know she will always be watching over you all . May God bless you all. Helen ,friend of Jackie.

Our love and sympathy to you Shawn, Joe, Angela and Larry and family, Jackie was such a sweet and smart lady. I enjoyed my visit with her a couple years ago and am so glad I went to see her.
